As of December 5, 2023, Fremont Private Holdings (FPH) and our dedicated CEO, Jeff Hunter, have successfully acquired Hunter Truck from various Hunter family members. This transition marks a new chapter in our history, and we are thrilled to share it with you, our valued customers.
As you may know, Hunter Truck was founded in 1938 by Homer Hunter, and has grown from a small service station in Eau Claire, PA, to a dealership group with 19 locations across Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, and New Jersey. With a rich heritage rooted in quality products and exceptional customer service, Hunter Truck has become one of the largest heavy truck dealership groups in the country.
Under the continued leadership of CEO Jeff Hunter, we are confident that this partnership with FPH will expand our business and enhance our ability to support and serve our customers in innovative ways.
