What are the new billing changes?

Customers can receive invoices electronically or continue to receive printed copies from the dealership locations. Enrolled customers will receive invoice notifications to their email, and they can view, print, and pay invoices through the online billing portal.

When will the new billing changes be effective?

The new billing changes will be effective on 03/18/2024. 

How will I know when my bill is available?

If you have provided your email to Hunter to enroll in electronic invoicing, you will receive an email notification with a link to the invoicing/payment site. The email notification will also include a PDF attachment of your invoice.

Will I be trained on how to use the portal? When?

There will be no formal training. However, if you would like a brief tutorial on how to utilize the portal, email for assistance.

How do I get access to the online billing portal?

You can access the billing portal by using the buttons above.

Who will receive the activation email and can multiple people log into the portal?

The email will be sent to the assigned primary contact. This contact will serve as the administrator for the site and can add additional users with specified privileges. Invoices can be sent to multiple users as well. 

Can we pay online?

You can pay online via ACH or credit card.

Do we have to pay online?

Online payment is not mandatory, but we encourage you to pay your invoices online.

Since the invoices will be online, will I be able to receive a print bill as well? Is each invoice printable on the portal?

Customers enrolled will receive invoices electronically. Customers will receive invoice notifications to their email, and they can view, print, and pay invoices through the online billing portal.

Will the bill of lading be available online?

The bill of lading will not be available on the portal. 

Will I be able to upload the bill of lading to the portal to keep with my invoices?

At this time, you will have to continue your current process for managing the bill of lading with the invoices.

How long will my records be available on the online portal?

Invoices and payments made after the go live date will be stored and viewable for one year. Please contact to any documentation prior to 3/18/2024.
