These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of huntertruck.com (the “Site”), operated by Hunter Truck Sales & Service, LLC d/b/a Hunter Truck and its affiliated locations (“Hunter Truck,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems.
• Introduce malware or interfere with the proper operation of the Site.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site without our written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

2. Inventory, Pricing, and Availability

The Site displays trucks, parts, and other products and services for informational purposes. All listings are subject to prior sale and availability and do not constitute a binding offer.

• Pricing is subject to change without notice and may not include taxes, title, registration, freight, document/processing fees, or other charges. Advertised prices and specifications may contain errors.
• Specifications, photographs, and descriptions are provided by us or third parties (including the manufacturer) and may contain inaccuracies or omissions. Verify all details with a Hunter Truck representative before purchase.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
• No sale, lease, financing, or service is final or binding until confirmed in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized Hunter Truck representative.

3. Quotes, Inquiries, and Forms

Submitting a contact form, inquiry, credit application, or other request does not create a binding contract. We may contact you using the information you provide. Credit applications and financing are subject to separate terms, third-party processing, and credit approval.

4. Text/SMS Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT-OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. 5. Parts, Service, and Payments

Parts orders, service work, leasing, rental, and payments are subject to additional terms provided at the time of the transaction. Online parts ordering may be handled through third-party platforms (including the Online Parts Counter). Online payments, including virtual card payments, are processed by a third-party provider, and by submitting payment you agree to that provider’s terms. We are not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate information you provide.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and software, are owned by or licensed to Hunter Truck and protected by intellectual property laws. “Hunter Truck,” associated logos, and “Peterbilt” and related marks are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for normal personal, non-commercial viewing.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and services, including manufacturer portals, the Online Parts Counter, JTP Heavy Duty Parts, PacLease leasing/rental, financing applications, payment processors, social media, and video players. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. This disclaimer applies to the Site only and does not affect any separate written warranty provided with a vehicle, part, or service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUNTER TRUCK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hunter Truck and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
