Hunter Truck is pleased to announce that our grand opening has taken place at our new Scranton location, located at 2900 Stafford Avenue. The facility, which boasts a total of 45,000 square feet with 24 service bays, along with a separate 13,000 square foot body shop facility located on site, has been fully operational since January 2025.
Celebrating the Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony
Jeffrey Hunter, President of Hunter Truck, led the Grand Opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in front of the facility. Flanked by members of our senior leadership and Scranton’s management teams, Jeffrey cut the ribbon signifying the official opening of Hunter Truck – Scranton.

We were honored to welcome Lackawanna County Commissioner Chris Chermak and Caroline Klinkiewicz from Congressman Rob Bresnahan’s office, who presented our team with a Congressional Certificate recognizing our investment in the local community.

Community Celebration and Grand Opening Event
The grand opening celebration welcomed more than 200 guests, including customers, employees, family, friends, and community leaders.
Guests had the opportunity to:

Inside the New Hunter Truck – Scranton Facility
This new facility was proudly designed by our Hunter Truck team to be an easily accessible property featuring a covered drive under canopy, air-conditioned service area, and more. The parts department houses over $4.5 million in parts inventory, ensuring that our Scranton team can get customers the parts they need every day. The on-site body shop is equipped with advanced tools and technology to handle everything from collision repairs to custom truck upgrades.
