Peterbilt is driving the future of zero-emissions vehicles forward with the all-new Model 567EV and the updated Next-Gen Model 579EV, strengthening the industry’s most complete electric vehicle lineup.
The Model 567EV is the first battery-electric vocational heavy-duty truck on the market, built for demanding applications like refuse, roll-off, dump, and equipment hauling. It delivers up to 250 miles of range, offers customizable frame layouts, and features multiple ePTO options with factory integration for seamless power delivery.
The Next-Generation Model 579EV now provides drivers with 200 miles of range, improved aerodynamics allowing for better efficiency, and a lineup of advanced safety features including Fusion Stop, Auto Go Advanced with pedestrian emergency braking, and High Beam Assist.
“These products mark an exciting advancement for the industry. For the first time, zero emissions solutions are available to the broader range of essential work tasks trucks perform,” said Paul Fehn, Director of Electric Vehicle Sales at Hunter Truck.
Both the 567EV and 579EV are powered by the integrated PACCAR ePowertrain, combining motor, batteries, and power accessories for efficient, high-performance operation. Key features include up to 605 horsepower, 1,850 lb.-ft. of torque, three-stage regenerative braking, and proven and reliable lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery chemistry. Both models are capable of charging at 350kW allowing for up to 70 miles of additional range in just 30 minutes.
Drivers will also enjoy EV-exclusive stylings. With exclusive exterior accents and a premium Platinum interior trim, Peterbilt delivers one of the things it does best, driver comfort.
